This group, partnering with NRI segments, was actively involved in the conception and completion of some prestigious gated community projects in the IT Corridor of Hyderabad as shown hereunder:
1) LALITHANJALI Apartments, located off the road # 1, Banjara hills, Dwarakapuri colony, Panjagutta, Hyderabad. This group was totally involved from land acquisition, commencement & completion of the project, availing project finance from UCO Bank, Banjara Hills branch, to successfully handing over of the finished super deluxe units to its elite clients. The group was a pioneer to introduce special features (for the first time in the city) like remote controlled operated gate, piped gas supply, water-softening plant etc.
