ABOUT THE FIRM:

LAXMI INFRATECH is a construction firm lead by a dedicated professional group that has been in the field of construction, as main or co-promoters under various banners, right from its inception from as early as 1990s, earning accolades for their unmatched perfection, in all it’s triune aspects viz. quality upkeep, timely rendezvous and leaving a personal touch.

The group, having been already involved in the creation of some landmark projects in the canvas of the IT corridor of Hyderabad, is currently focusing on affordable budgeted housing segment with world-class facilities in the extended horizon of Hyderabad’s Growth Corridor Project peripheral areas.

ABOUT THE PROMOTERS:

Mr. Devender Poreddy: He is the main promoter of the firm “Laxmi Infratech”. He is a Civil Engineering graduate, with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry having actively involved in the Planning, Designing and Execution of various public projects in general and private projects in particular – mostly                                                                                          promoted by family owned “REDCON” group of constructions. He also has international exposure of over half a decade in USA having involved in the Execution and Quality Assurance of various projects. Also, he served as an Executive Director in his family promoted Construction Company, viz. “VASUDEVA REALTORS Pvt. Ltd.” wherein he was solely responsible in successfully completing Gated Community Projects like LALITHANJALI, LALITHA BLOOFILED, BLOOMFIELD ECSTASY, BLOOMFIELD ELATION right from Procurement of land Bank, Planning, Launching, Execution and Promotion of Sales among NRI clientele.  He is the son of the promoter Mrs. Laxmi Devi and husband of another partner Mrs. Chandana Poreddy.

Mr. Sanjeeva Reddy Gurram: A senior partner with an experience of more than 30 years to his credit in successfully leading “REDCON” group of constructions. He was associated with “Vasudeva Realtors Pvt. Ltd.” for more than 8 years and was also responsible for land acquisition, liaison works including arranging legal assistance and co-ordination of all the projects undertaken by the company.

The firm for the successful onward growth of the firm shall utilize his valuable experience.

Mr. Venugopal Poreddy:  Another managing partner of the firm with an experience of over 25 years in the construction industry who successfully executed several projects under “REDCON” group of constructions.  He was also associated with “Vasudeva Realtors Pvt. Ltd.” which was co-promoted by his mother Mrs. Laxmi Devi and brother Devender Poreddy, wherein he single-handedly executed the prestigious Residential Complex viz. “Lalithanjali” at Panjagutta, Hyderabad and also lead the complete execution work of another landmark gated community of villas project viz. “Lalitha Bloomfield” and “Bloomfiled Ecstasy” near Gachibowli, Cyberabad.

He will be sole partner to handle all the activities right from finalizing the executing agencies to purchasing of materials, monitoring the progress, maintaining quality and  handing over of the finished units to the customers.

Mrs. Laxmi Devi Poreddy: She is the main promoter of the firm “Laxmi Infratech”. She has to her credit proven track record experience in the construction business as one of the Promoters-cum-Directors of “Vasudeva Realtors Pvt. Ltd.” – the NRI promoted Construction Company for over seven years. She, along with her active team of family members was involved in the promotion of some prestigious gated community projects in the IT Corridor of Hyderabad in and around Gachibowli, catering mostly to NRI clientele. 

During her tenure as the Promoter Director, the company has secured project finances from scheduled banks and raised mortgage and other term loans from various financial institutions like UCO Bank, HUDCO, AP State Finance Corporation, Andhra Bank for uninterrupted and expedient expansion of the projects.

Mrs. Chandana Poreddy: One of the partners of the firm, who has an experience of more than 15 years in businesses like agriculture and dairy farms. Also, she is an active partner in another construction firm viz. TMR Infratech doing gated community of villas – TMR MARVEL on Kompally to Bollarum road. She is the wife of main promoter Mr. Devender Poreddy.

Mrs. Krishnaveni Poreddy: Another partner of the firm with an experience of over 5 years in the construction business, who assists her husband Mr. Venugopal Poreddy, another main promoter.

Ms. Madhulika Poreddy: Another young and dynamic associate, with Bachelors degree in Architecture, actively involves in the architectural planning and quality assurance in the day to day execution of the projects. She is the daughter of promoters Mr. Devender Poreddy and Mrs. Chandana Poreddy.
